PO BOX shipping addresses are not permitted.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. Any orders placed for international delivery will be canceled and refunded.

Order Processing Time

All orders have a processing time of 24 to 72 business hours. However, most will be shipped within 48 hours.

Orders are shipped via reliable carriers, with a signature and government-issued photo ID (21+) required at delivery, as mandated by Federal law. Shipping is calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders may also be subject to review for security and accuracy purposes. If under review, you will be contacted the same day.

Weekend and Holiday Processing

We do not process orders on weekends or Federal holidays. Your order will continue processing on the next business day.

Adult Signature Requirement

As per Federal regulations, all vape mail orders require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) at the time of delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products.

The recipient must show valid government-issued photo identification to confirm age. If a package is returned due to the absence of someone to sign, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.

Shipping Carriers

We use a trusted shipping network that relies on regional carriers for package deliveries. Any errors or delays caused by these carriers are not our responsibility.

We do not provide refunds or reshipments for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Packages returned by the carrier will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.

Delivery Timelines

After the 24 to 72 business hour processing period, a tracking email will be sent to confirm that your package is in the final stages of fulfillment. Delivery times vary depending on your location in the country.
