Yes. We’re proud to offer the convenience of same day shipping, but in order to qualify all orders must be placed before 1:00 pm PST.

At this time, US Vape Wholesale accepts all major credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express), as well as checks if a local pick-up is being made. We also accept wire transfers and Chase QuickPay. You will be pleased to know that we do not charge credit card processing fees

At US Vape Wholesale, we are pleased to honor the warranty programs for the all of the manufacturers of our products. Receiving a product with any sort of a defect is enough of a hassle and setback for you, so we don’t mind dealing with the manufacturer directly. Please visit the support section of our website and we can begin the painless process of crediting back your account, or getting you the necessary exchange.

At this time, due to strict rules issued by the manufacturers, all sales must be considered final. The exception to this would be defective items, as those are sorted out through warranty programs. Please consult with our warranty section for more information.

That’s a fair concern – we do take pride in our amazing prices at US Vape Wholesale. You can rest easy when purchasing through us, however, as we only buy products directly from the manufacturers. We have great relationships that we’ve built on a reliable history, and that’s largely responsible for how low our prices are. All products we sell will also have a validation label that you can check with the manufacturer’s website to ensure authenticity.
