Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Defective items
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect shipments

Note: Please contact your sales representative with the relevant order and product details before returning any item. Returns made without prior approval will not be processed and will be disposed of appropriately.

Items Not Covered

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Items damaged through misuse or improper care
  • Drip tips, coils, cotton, batteries, wire, and liquid bottles (for sanitary reasons)
  • Leaking disposables (unless the device is Dead on Arrival (DOA))

Return Process

  1. Once your return is received and approved, our Returns Department will apply a credit to your account.
  2. The credit can be used for future purchases or refunded to the original payment method.
  3. Refund processing timeline:
    • Credit posting: 2–3 weeks
    • Refund to card/bank: additional 3–5 business days

Return Requirements

  • Kits or sets must include all original accessories and packaging (if available).
  • All returns are evaluated on an individual basis.

How to Return a Product

  1. Check eligibility → Contact your sales representative or Customer Service.
  2. Get approval → Only approved returns will be accepted.
  3. Time limit → Returns must be made within 90 days of purchase.

Shipping Information

  • Return shipping costs are not prepaid.
  • Return labels will not be provided.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you received the wrong item:
    • Shipping costs may be reimbursed as store credit upon proof of receipt.
  • All returns must be shipped via USPS.
